About the Role

The Environmental Coordinator- Living Well Together (LWT) Project plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of evidence-informed interventions aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residential aged care residents with or without dementia. This role will optimize the successful implementation of the Living Well Together, previously known as Dementia Model of Care, specifically focusing on a project domain such as environment and co-design. The Environmental Coordinator- LWT Project will work collaboratively with other project team members to ensure evidence integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the quality of life for residential aged care residents.
  • Maintain and foster positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and networks.
  • Oversee the implementation of Living Well Together/ Dementia Model of Care projects as identified in the LWT project plan, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Provide strategic direction to the group, enabling high engagement and performance.
  • Liaise with the site, project team, and contractors to implement environmental aspects of the project.
  • Build and maintain collaborative and strategic working relationships with key external stakeholders, driving community engagement and advocacy.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in implementation and reviewing quality systems.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in implementing evidence-informed programs.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
  • Satisfactory National Crime Check, renewed every three (3) years.
  • Full and ongoing Right to Work in Australia.
