- We are seeking an accomplished Medical Affairs Specialist with expertise in Ophthalmology, strategic understanding, and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities: As a Medical Affairs Specialist, you will provide scientific expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders, build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and academic researchers within the Ophthalmology field.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree (life sciences) and/or Healthcare professional qualification with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
- An advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years or equivalent of demonstrated experience in the medical affairs or related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Scientific and Therapy Area expertise in Ophthalmology, mapping patient journeys, and related treatments in the assigned TA, enabling engagement at the specialist level.
- Robust strategic understanding and experience in tactical implementation of health solutions, including an understanding of clinical research.
- Learning agility, networking, and Wisdom Exchange Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
