About Your New Role:

You will be assisting a top Divisional Head senior Lawyer who has a flourishing busy practice across many areas of personal injury law.

Your responsibilities will include typing, preparing court documents/correspondence, contacting clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs for barristers, relief reception, mail distribution/deliveries, filing, and general administration.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 months' experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or office administrator/clerk in any industry;
  • Some personal injury law experience (preferable but not essential) or a keen interest in this area (essential);
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and an accurate typing speed of minimum 55+wpm;
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and have a can-do positive attitude;
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines;
  • Lovely working in a vibrant, busy, and fast-paced environment;
  • Hungry to progress your career long-term with a reputable law firm.
