About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by connecting them with employment opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners to secure employment opportunities for clients.
- Manage a small caseload of clients and provide individualized support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Provide advocacy and information about our services to clients and the wider community.

- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Well-developed administration skills.
