ICT Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager to join our Finance, Procurement and Estate team at the Australian Government Department of Defence. This exciting opportunity is based in the ERP Support Organisation (ESO), which supports the Defence Digital Group to deliver ERP services to the Defence community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with business administration activities, including risk management, issue resolution, travel arrangements, and filing systems.
• Support procurement, contract, and budget management for the Directorate.
• Develop and evaluate business strategies and outcomes.
• Resolve business management issues by leveraging expertise to identify corrective action.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as the ongoing development of the team.
• Provide secretariat services for governance boards.
• Foster effective working relationships and participate in team activities.

About Our Team

The ERP Support Organisation (ESO) is responsible for coordinating ERP sustainment services across legacy applications and new S/4 HANA capabilities. We adopt the DDG Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework for end-to-end ICT service integration and deliver integrated governance, operating model, processes, and structure in support of the ERP Operating Model.
