Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding, ongoing development of the team.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.

About Our Team

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Organisation (ESO) is responsible for the coordination of ERP sustainment services across legacy applications and new S/4 HANA capabilities.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • High-level knowledge of legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy.
  • Extensive experience in ICT business management and administration.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with refined relationship-building skills with the ability to influence people at various levels.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management and Government procurement practices.
