Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Malaga.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams, with a passion for teamwork and the ability to motivate and encourage others.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and inspire your team to achieve their best.

Responsibilities include motivating your team to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs, conducting regular meetings to develop and improve team performance, working closely with Area Managers on training and recruitment, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

  • Ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities
  • Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
  • Skills in managing rosters and general administration
