Job Overview

This role focuses on providing technical assistance to mine operations, ensuring safe and efficient production.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create short-term schedules in alignment with operational plans.
  • Develop procedures and standards for the technical services department.
  • Support operations through optimized production planning (drilling, charging, remote hauling).
  • Assist with infrastructure project implementation and associated instructions.
  • Collaborate with the Mining Manager as required, aiding with tasks including technical work and statutory appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in mining engineering, including Deswik competency.
  • Strong production experience, team management, and contractor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
