About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Inclusion Officer to assist our social housing client, local communities, and government/non-government agencies in providing educational and employment pathways.

This role aims to create opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds as part of a significant social housing contract.

This permanent, full-time role based in Orange NSW plays a crucial part in cultivating our diverse and inclusive culture and contributing to important services for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Social Inclusion Strategy and processes.
  2. Maintain knowledge on social inclusion initiatives and foster key relationships.
  3. Assist initiatives for Persolkelly's First Nations Engagement strategy.
  4. Champion social inclusion initiatives across the Business.
  5. Implement materials for diversity days and promote diversity and mental health initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with customers to develop social inclusion plans/projects.
  7. Oversee timely reporting on talent, development, engagement, diversity, and mental health metrics.
  8. Contribute to HR Strategic Plan implementation and client Monthly Reports.
