ERP Data Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the successful transformation of our ERP platform, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks in line with industry best practices.

  • Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP and related systems.

  • Facilitate business process mapping workshops, engaging stakeholders to define current and future state operations aligned with Oracle ERP transformation.

  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements.

  • Support the project team in delivering key milestones, offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, and business analysis, ideally in an ERP transformation context.

  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
