Lives Lived Well is dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people on the Gold Coast. Our Street CRED outreach service connects with young people aged 10-18 who may be involved in or at risk of homelessness, criminal activities, or other challenging situations.
We operate throughout the Coomera, Southport, and Broadbeach regions, providing brief interventions and follow-up support. As an AOD Counsellor within the local school system, you will work collaboratively with teachers and students to promote re-engagement and minimize substance misuse impacts.
This role requires a background in the AOD or Mental Health sectors, with a passion for supporting youth in reducing substance misuse, recidivism, and homelessness. Key skills include engagement, rapport building, casemanagement, culturally safe practices, and stakeholder engagement.
