The Opportunity

We are currently growing our team and seeking an Intermediate Test Analyst to join our vibrant team.

This role involves writing and executing test cases to ensure quality is delivered to our extensive client base. You will have the opportunity to work on current BAU projects or large Programs of work for new implementations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare test cases
  • Execute test cases and prepare clear test logs
  • Undertake testing on existing processes
  • Retrieve data where necessary to execute test cases

What You Need to Succeed

  • A good understanding of the software implementation cycle and what needs to be tested
  • Knowledge of requirements review, test case development, and execution, along with test reporting
  • Excellent technical skills, including SQL and troubleshooting abilities
  • An interest or experience in Billing and CRM systems, ideally combined with Utility industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • A team player, able to work alongside technical teams as part of projects
