About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of your team, supporting the development and implementation of site plans, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day workflow of the team and provide support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Site Manager in implementing and reviewing site budget, participating in site financial planning, and achieving site targets
  • Support resource planning for grain receival/outload activity during peak and off-peak periods
  • Supervise a large seasonal workforce during our busy harvest intake periods
