Customer Service Ambassador

At our bustling airport hub, we're on the lookout for a charismatic Customer Service Ambassador to join our dynamic team.


As a valued member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service with a warm and welcoming approach. Your primary objective will be to provide an unforgettable experience for our travellers, ensuring they feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour.


You will need good availability across Monday to Friday weekdays specifically.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile
  • Take orders prepare food & beverages and keep things running smoothly
  • Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
  • Keep the cafe sparkling and service standards high

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with customer-facing skills
  • RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Well-groomed professionally presented
  • A positive can-do attitude and love for interacting with customers
  • Reliable car/transport to the airport
  • Availability to work a mixture of shifts predominately on weekdays
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
