About the RoleThe Construction Coordinator will play a vital role in the management of projects from concept design through to delivery and finalisation.
This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure everyone is on the same page, and communicating effectively with stakeholders through ACONEX, PROCORE, and BIM.
Key Responsibilities- Support reporting, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and program updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in Aconex and SharePoint.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing procurement documentation, including Scope of Works and programming.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in contract administration during the project life cycle.
- Coordinate project activities from early works to final handover.
- Support the preparation of Expenditure Approval Requests for services trades contracts and variations.
- Validate GC and services trade progress claims, participate in site inspections, and prepare payment certificates.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policies.
- Oversee the documentation for the ongoing maintenance and support of the data centre.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management preferred.
- Proficient with MS 365 applications.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
