About the Role

Lendlease ACT is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of the Building Services package at our CIT Woden Project.

This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA and EHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities.
  • Develop and manage short-term programs to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
  • Oversee project QA and EHS requirements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large-scale construction projects, ideally $50 million or above.
  • Experience supervising Building Services Trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, vertical transport).
  • Relevant trade or building construction management qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize teams and manage subcontractors to work effectively.
