Fund Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Finance Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, cash management, and tax reporting for client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality financial reporting to key clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and other financial reports as required by clients.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to clients to support their business decisions.
- Manage cash flow and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and other financial obligations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and portfolios.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fund Finance Manager with a strong background in financial reporting, cash management, and tax reporting. You will have a professional accounting qualification and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate fund accounting.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MRI and Yardi systems is highly desirable.
