We're a leading provider of Allied Health services, committed to delivering high-quality care and support.

Role Overview

This exciting opportunity involves supervising up to 3 Early Career Therapists. You'll provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance on non-clinical elements of their role, such as caseload management and professional development goals.

You'll be part of a national team but will have the flexibility to split your time between community, home, or our office location. With a 3:1 Therapist to Supervisor ratio and a Clinical Practice Advisor structure, you'll have access to tailored coaching and constant learning opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to up to 3 Early Career Therapists
  • Mentor and guide therapists on non-clinical elements of their role
  • Work with therapists to identify their Professional Development goals
  • Assist with caseload management and allocation
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and outcomes
About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Therapist who is passionate about supporting and developing others. As a leader at our organization, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Please note that this role requires a strong understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
