We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee our Sydney operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful applicant will lead and manage a small team of staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Time management is crucial in this role, as the team leader will need to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure prompt completion.
  • In addition to leadership duties, the team leader will be responsible for site cleanup and general maintenance, including unloading paper and moving it to designated recycling areas.
  • Maintenance of equipment is also a key responsibility, including moving machine parts to repair areas and transporting large rolls of paper to designated locations.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leadership or management roles.
  • A proven track record of operating heavy machinery, such as Bobcats and Forklifts, is essential.
  • Certification in VOC or RII is mandatory, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
