Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated allocator to join our team. As an allocator, you will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch, utilization, and timely delivery of our concrete trucks. Your forward-thinking approach will contribute to your success in planning driver schedules in line with customer orders.

Your day will involve managing orders, ensuring timely delivery, working with team members and production to maximize service, and ensuring drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedules.

You will also be responsible for notifying stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery and complying with driver fatigue management, statutory requirements, and company health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with navigating multiple systems.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
