Centre Management OpportunityAbout the Role

The Centre Manager is a critical position within our operations, driving excellence across all aspects of the centre. Leadership will inspire a team to maintain high standards of care, education, and engagement.

This role requires an energetic and ambitious individual to lead a childcare centre in Melbourne, overseeing daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day centre operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Acecqa-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
