This role as Assistant Director offers a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable child care centre in Melbourne.

As the Assistant Director, you will support the Campus Director in delivering exceptional service and quality to children, staff members, and families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education, with experience in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with the Campus Quality Framework and WH&S requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality education that addresses children's wellbeing, learning needs, and interests
  • Maintaining effective communication and collaboration between campus teams and families
  • Supporting staff on the floor when required
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as rostering, enrolments, and family accounts

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sound understanding of National Education and Care Services Regulation, and a current Working with Children Check number.
