Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a solution-focused approach to supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or barriers to employment. As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants in identifying skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
