Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and work on civil, road construction, water infrastructure, and agricultural projects in remote locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project resourcing, overseeing request for information submissions, contract administration, and producing financial and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee the submission of request for information and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Administer contracts and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
- Produce financial and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure that they are working in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working on civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure, and/or road construction projects.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental measures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Meticulous documentation and organizational skills.
- Hands-on approach to work.
Pre-Employment Requirements
All candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screening.
