Job Title: Territory Manager Surgical Wounds

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team, responsible for driving the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel.

The successful candidate will cover Hospital accounts in VIC region and work closely with other S&N staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within assigned territory by developing and maintaining opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
  • Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive accurate actions to maximize return on investment.
  • Utilize Challenger Methodology to enhance customer's sales experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure all reports are completed thoroughly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
  • Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related area.
  • Shown success selling into hospitals.
  • Travel Requirements: up to 25% domestic.
