If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Smart Hands Technician to join our team.As a Smart Hands Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for day-to-day operations in our AI data center. Your primary duties will include performing rack and stack of servers, network devices, and other IT hardware, executing physical hardware tasks such as installations, replacements, removals, upgrades, and rack housekeeping, managing and organizing power and network cabling, ensuring best practices for labeling and documentation, and assisting with troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and environmental issues.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a focus on uptime, quality, and service delivery. You will also need to be comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including lifting, crouching, and repetitive tasks.In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data center, IT support, or similar technical role
  • Basic knowledge of networking (cabling, ports, patch panels)
  • Familiarity with server hardware components and troubleshooting processes
