Key Responsibilities

With a strong presence in all our offices, our Highways teams work across numerous major Transport and Infrastructure projects. Joining our Civil Infrastructure teams will give you the opportunity to work on Highways, Stormwater, Utilities, and Pavements amongst others.

Our sustainable and innovative projects see you working alongside industry experts, learning from them on real projects that improve quality of life.

Qualifications and Experience
  • You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated from a degree relevant to the space we work.
  • With a passion for the work that we do in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, Growth-Mindset, and the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • With innovative thinking, self-motivation, and enthusiasm about driving your own career development.
  • Confident communicating and presenting to peers, clients, and stakeholders.
