Commercial Litigation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our team and take on the challenges of commercial litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to progress their legal career in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation and be based in Brisbane. You will work closely with clients on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, property and leasing disputes, and insolvency and recoveries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial litigation matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
