The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimising hotel operations, and leading a high-performance team aligned to our core values.

About You

We're looking for someone with approved Australian working rights, a First Aid Certificate, and a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. You'll need to demonstrate experience leading a team with kindness to achieve outcomes, a proven ability to resolve problems and complaints, high standards of attention to detail and communication skills, and experience managing people in a customer service environment.
