About the Role

We're seeking caring and dedicated professionals to support older individuals live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

You'll provide personalized care that honours each individual's unique needs and preferences, while adhering to policies, regulations, and upholding core values: integrity, compassion, stewardship, equity, and servant leadership.

  • You'll deliver a variety of in-home support services including light domestic cleaning, meal preparation, travel and more.
  • You'll follow individual care plans and keep your team updated on clients' health and wellbeing, and any changes or concerns that may have occurred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and services to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Organise own workload and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
Requirements
  • National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence.
  • Own registered comprehensively insured car (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
  • Right to Work in Australia.
