Food Services Assistant Role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to assist in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of our Food Safety Program. The successful candidate will provide high-quality food and beverages to meet residents' individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to menu planning to meet resident's needs and preferences.
  • Preparation, serving, presentation and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
  • General cleaning in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
  • Assist with the monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of meals and refreshments to all residents.

Requirements:

  • Food Handling Course.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
  • Experience in residential aged care food services.
