Job Opportunity: Clinical Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, in-service programs, and speaker programs to customers at the hospital/state level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent the business as the Subject Matter Expert in Wound Care, delivering product demonstrations, in-service programs, and speaker programs to customers at the hospital/state level.
  2. Collaborate with the Country marketing team and Area portfolio team to develop training contents and in-service programs for customers, leveraging global approved materials tailored to area needs.
  3. Build a network of product champions and influencers, working collaboratively with Marketing and Medical Affairs to cultivate and strengthen local country Key Opinion Leader (KOL) pool.
  4. Stay abreast of trends and developments in Wound Care through industry events, conferences, and professional associations, translating knowledge into actionable clinical strategies and plans.
  5. Provide clinical advisory and support to end-customers and sales reps on products under the respective specialty.
  6. Contribute to defending existing business or winning new business opportunities.
  7. Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver tailored clinical content and discuss clinical evidence with healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Wound Care or similar Surgical Nursing/Operating Theatre/Medical Device Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
