Seeking a skilled and dedicated interpreter to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality interpreting services in certified languages to support equity and access to healthcare services.
- Identify and convey social and cultural factors affecting healthcare to ensure high-quality performance.
- Deal with ethical dilemmas in compliance with professional standards.
- Travel and work effectively in various settings.
Required Qualifications:
- NAATI certification or recognition for the language.
- Demonstrated capacity to interpret in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to identify and convey social and cultural factors affecting healthcare.
- Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel.
