Opportunity Overview

Stratco has a long history of innovation and excellence in the building and construction industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Order Entry Team Member.

The role involves processing and entering orders, developing product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers.

Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members is also a key responsibility.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required.

Strict adherence to safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment is essential.

About You

Desirable experience in the building or construction industry is preferred but not essential.

Key skills include attention to detail, order entry, and a sense of urgency to achieve results.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask are also important.

Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships, you will be willing to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
