Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and contributing to the overall success of developing and executing various marketing campaigns across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Create and edit marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with the brand's voice.
  • Support the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining marketing databases.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate corporate photoshoots as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Open to recent graduates or individuals in their final semester of university.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and an organised work approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and effective time management, results-driven, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
