Job Title: Client Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Services Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional financial services and support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong client service focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, preparing client reports and documentation for meetings, assisting with financial planning projects, and liaising directly with clients, fund managers, and insurance companies to efficiently resolve queries and manage processes.

In addition, you will be responsible for communicating and liaising with Centrelink on behalf of clients, including providing updates and assisting with a range of application types such as Age Pension, Carer Payment, and Low Income Health Care Card.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Liaise directly with clients, fund managers, insurance companies, and Centrelink to efficiently resolve queries and manage processes
  • Strengthen and support client relationships through proactive service, clear communication, and timely follow-up
