Car Buyer Experience Lead

Melbourne-based organisation is seeking a product manager to lead the growth of a digital research platform combining expert content, data-driven advice, and integrated products to help car buyers make informed decisions.
About the RoleThe platform is a strategic initiative driving engagement, lead generation, and personalisation while supporting business goals across insurance, roadside assistance, finance, electrification, and policy.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the post-launch expansion of the platform using digital product expertise, automotive insight, and strong analytical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact roadmap focused on experimentation, optimisation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure exceptional service from the content team by developing clear pathways to deepen engagement with organisational content and funnel high-intent audiences through to lead generation for relevant products.
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in agile methodologies and design through to delivery.
- Proven experience in delivering proof of concepts, propositions, and enhancements that drive improved customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- An ability to articulate decisions to cross-functional teams, senior management, and other key stakeholders as required.
