About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, creating a warm and friendly shopping experience. You will be responsible for exceeding customer service expectations, maximising sales opportunities, and maintaining exceptional store presentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Live the Spendless Way, following our 4C's of customer care
  • Provide legendary customer experiences, maximising sales opportunities
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Additional sales of Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories

Your Attributes

  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for fashion footwear
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a motivation to be successful
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a team or independently
