Job Description:
">We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Youth Justice Case Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for working with young people and their families to develop individualised plans that address their specific needs and circumstances.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A strong understanding of the youth justice system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with young people and their families
- A Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is highly desirable
- A full driver's licence is required due to the need to respond to emergencies across the state at short notice and outside business hours as required
- A current employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment by the applicant
