Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Fashion Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Embrace a customer-first attitude, providing exemplary service to all customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet team targets in line with company standards, and monitor store performance metrics, including sales, shrinkage, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain accurate completion of company paperwork, handle cash register variances, and ensure store equipment, fixtures, and fittings meet company standards.
  • Merchandising: Rotate front racks daily, conduct weekly store re-merchandising, and maintain company merchandising standards.
  • Teamwork: Assist the Store Manager in completing tasks and responsibilities promptly, and contribute to company growth and opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a women's retail environment.
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets.
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
