Your Role

  • Assist with restaurant service periods, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Engage and inspire guests throughout the food and beverage experience.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver personalized service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on operational tasks.
  • Assist with bar service periods, tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar.
  • Fulfill special banquet event arrangements and attend in-house events.
  • Replenish buffet items for consistency and freshness.
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs.

About You

  • Possess an up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Hold relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Have working rights in Australia.
  • Be enthusiastic about career growth and development.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
