About the Team

The Blue Mountains ACTT provides a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions for consumers with persistent mental disorders who require an enhanced level of support to sustain community living. The team offers a care coordination service to all allocated consumers, including those on community treatment orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the ACTT
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve consumer outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care coordination services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care delivery

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, occupational therapy, social work)
  • Advanced clinical experience and knowledge in community mental health service provision
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
