Job Overview:

The Executive Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant and ensuring it meets the company's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting strategic goals with leadership and creating a plan to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and direction to help them set their own goals and objectives.
  2. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
  3. Monitor the progress of the team and improve departmental performance through data-driven decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment. A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality is strongly desired. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
