We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our national property portfolio.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property or project management.
  • They must have knowledge of building legislation, WHS, and maintenance of critical environments.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A high level of organization is required to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and facilities systems is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining reports, compliance records, and KPI dashboards.
  • Managing utility accounts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinating vendor onboarding, meetings, and work orders.
  • Conducting building inspections and following up on maintenance issues.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects delivered.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field (facilities management, business administration etc.)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. RMC, CPMP)
  • Extensive experience in facilities management
