Aviation Site Safety Specialist

The role of an Aviation Security Officer involves ensuring the safety and security of aviation sites through effective patrols, access control, and surveillance.
Main Responsibilities:- Patrols and Inspections: Perform regular patrols of terminal, perimeter, and airside/landside locations to identify potential security risks.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access points in accordance with airport security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Surveillance and Communication: Operate surveillance, alarm, and communications systems from the control room to maintain a secure environment.
- Security Screening: Conduct ID and vehicle checks at gates and other critical points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and escalate as required under established procedures.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aviation security or airport operations.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of airport security protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Prioritization and Adaptability: High level of professionalism, observation skills, and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
- Communication and Customer Service: Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions calmly and professionally.
- Procedure Adherence: Ability to follow procedures under pressure and in emergency situations.
