Job Title: Executive Leader Driving Economic Outcomes

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader to drive economic outcomes for the Martu people.

This role offers a rare opportunity to be at the heart of transformative change where your work will directly contribute to long-term, sustainable outcomes.

You will lead and provide oversight across JYAC projects and grants working alongside a close-knit, values-driven team.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position in our executive team where you will be instrumental in driving outcomes and creating meaningful economic opportunities for Martu communities.

Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will support business investments and foster Martu business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive economic outcomes for the Martu people
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business investments and projects
  • Analyse and develop viable economic opportunities for Martu communities
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic insight
  • Experience in business development investment or economic advisory roles
  • A passion for working with Aboriginal communities and delivering community-led outcomes
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
