Minderoo Foundation tackles pressing issues that can lead to significant positive change. We are seeking an Advisor, Economic Dignity, to play a crucial role in advancing our economic dignity strategy and driving initiatives that address entrenched social challenges.

About the Opportunity

Economic Dignity Strategy

The position will contribute to designing, implementing, and evaluating projects that strengthen families and communities, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the Economic Dignity strategy in Australia.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and maximize impact.
  • Coordinate workstreams and contribute to delivering key Economic Dignity projects.
Qualifications

You are motivated by purpose, with a strong commitment to addressing complex social issues and improving outcomes for families and children.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in project development, delivery, or analysis in the social impact field.
  • A proven ability to deliver outcomes and generate impact through evidence-based approaches.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
