Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced and entry-level professionals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
This role involves providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including assisting with domestic and personal care tasks, as well as helping customers access and engage with their community.
The ideal candidate will have broad availability to work shift work, including weekends, overnight shifts, and public holidays. A strong focus on employee health and wellbeing is essential for this role.

About the Position- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including supported independent living accommodation and group homes.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, domestic duties, and household management.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer outcomes and organisational goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
- Resilience and confidence in working with customers with diverse needs.
- Ability to use computers and learn software programs.
- Current Australian driver's license and smart phone.
