About the RoleThe Business Traineeship is a full-time position based in Perth city office, offering sustainable employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians. As part of this program, you will receive coaching, mentoring, training, support, resources, tools, and endless opportunities.
You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a business environment. The traineeship will last for 12 months, after which you will receive a recognized qualification; Certificate in Business.
Key Responsibilities- Learn valuable skills and knowledge within a business environment
- Obtain a formal qualification in Certificate in Business
- Work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge
- Participate in coaching, mentoring, training, and support sessions
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have completed Secondary Schooling to a Year 10 level (or equivalent)
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Be well-presented, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable, and have a good attendance record
- Have a desire to pursue a career in a business environment
- Be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening tests
As a Business Trainee with us, you can expect:
