NORESCO is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead its Water & Wastewater team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing construction management tasks, including wastewater, utility distribution systems, and civil plant structures.
The ideal candidate will have project development, estimating, scheduling, contract/subcontract development, safety oversight, project financial performance, quality control/assurance, and contract compliance expertise.
Job Description- Oversee construction management tasks, including wastewater, utility distribution systems, and civil plant structures
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Interface with customers and supervise contractors
- Managing NORESCO purchased material and equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct Construction Project Management experience in the municipal, water, or wastewater industry
- High School Diploma or GED
